The Pureflow AirDog II 5G 100 GPH A7SPBF266 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstroke. The fuel system on your Powerstroke is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This low pressure (preset at 10 psi) Powerstroke lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side connects directly to the frame mounted factory suction line.  The pressure side connects directly the injection pump supply line bypassing the factory low pressure pump.

The II-5G fuel pump features a fully adjustable (7-55psi) integrated diaphragm pressure regulator. This regulator offers more consistent fuel pressure and allows for higher flow rates at pressure.  It can also be boost compensated to battle any pressure drops under open throttle (boost compensation kits sold seperately). The AirDog 5G also includes an updated 12 gauge wiring harness with Metri-Pack 280 connectors, which allows for higher current flow without creating excessive heat.

The AirDog 2 5G DF-100 Powerstroke lift pump will solve the infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes.  This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability. This AirDog II-5G 100GPH Powerstroke lift pump is recommended for trucks that have a stock to a mildly upgraded fuel system (meaning mild or stock injectors, injection pump, and tuning).  Backed by a lifetime warranty.

The AirDog II-5G DF-100 for the 08-10 6.4L Powerstroke is engineered with the most proven, quiet and reliable motor technology on the market.  It also retains the “demand flow” capabilties of the previous AirDog II systems.  This means that is has a constant supply of clean, pure fuel available for your injector pump at all times.  Any fuel not used by the engine is simply recycled back to the tank, so it will never “over-fuel” your system.  The II-5G A7SPBF266 uses the same better-than-OEM fuel filter (FF100-2) and water separator (WS100) as the previous AirDog II models.  Pureflow AirDog products are manufactured in Shelbyville, Indiana by a team of skilled workers with unsurpassed attention to detail and using the most stringent quality assurance.
